Pokémon Brick Bronze Wiki

Igneus Depths is the extended area deep down the volcano Mt. Igneus. It is also the deepest part of the volcano, hence the name "Depths", and it consists of spirals going all the way down to the molten lava. A lava-fall can be clearly seen in the middle of these loops. This area includes a long path that leads to Legendary Pokémon Heatran. HM8 Rock Climb and Harvest Badge are required for the player to gain access to this area.

Notable Events[]

Catching Heatran[]

In the lowest level of Igneus Depths, Heatran can be found at the end of the long descending path. Once the player clicks on Heatran, it will give out a loud roar, and the battle will commence. Players only have one chance to catch it, so save beforehand and turn off the Autosave function. As Heatran is very hard to catch and shows up deep in a volcano, it is recommended to stock up on Dusk Balls in Poké Ball Emporium, Anthian City - Shopping District beforehand.

Trivia[]

  • With 4 out of the 5 Wild Pokémon species giving Special Attack Effort Values, where the only Pokémon which gives other EVs is Torkoal, this is the best place to train the Special Attack stat of the player's Pokémon until player reaches Beach Bum Joe on Decca Beach.
